The time for the meeting is still being determined, when the time of the meeting is confirmed, we will post it on here.

Please bring a copy of any Medical Bills that you think have not been
paid correctly or are not being paid correctly and if possible bring a copy of the
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan EOB’s (Explanation of Benefits) that match these bills.
Also, please make sure to provide me with your full address, date of birth,
and your ID and group number off your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan medical card.

Coffee & Donuts will be provided at this meeting, hope to see you there !!!
