WORKING TOGETHER?

With DTNA’s new manufacturing footprint, more than

half of DTNA‘s trucks will be produced in our plants in

Saltillo and Santiago. Therefore, we need to adapt our

supply base by relocating or developing suppliers in

Mexico to minimize our logistics costs and take

advantage of lower labor rates. This effort is crucial to

stay competitive in the NAFTA market. The Mexico

Sourcing team, which is part of CCI, contributes to the

overall CCI goal of $2000/truck savings.

„Trabajando Juntos“ - Working Together!

Our team includes members located in Portland (US), Santiago and Monterrey (Mexico), and we strongly work cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, PVE, Purchasing and Changeover.

The above Info was Taken from the Freightliner CCI NEWSLETTER.
