Phone Tree Message - May 21, 2020 (5:00PM)

Gastonia Team:
For the week of May 25th, Gastonia will operate on a partial work schedule!
Those employees highlighted to work during the week are required to report accordingly.
If you have questions as to if you were highlighted & required to work, please refer to your
department overtime book and/or supervisor. Please note that we continue to monitor
the truck plant start up of operations in both the US and Mexico. Mexico has had
a good 1st week back this week! Mt Holly and Cleveland are due to resume production next week.
All plants are operating at less than 100% of capacity. We plan to work a full week
scheduled on all shifts the week of June 1 with all employees. Look for updates on
Quip next week as we continue to navigate through this crisis.
Thank you for your patience and contributions.

Be Safe,
Scott (Sabatini)

Recognition:
I'd like to take a moment to recognize an outstanding performance for this week.
The *1st shift Press Brake team* turned in one of the best earned hours totals that Gastonia
has had this year, exceeding their daily target 3 days in row! Great job!

If you have a s you'd like to see rec

Look for more messages coming in the future, as I ramp up communications on Quip.
Help get others to sign up. This week we have topped the 250 enrollments.
That's great! only 650 to go to get 100%.

Have a great weekend.
*Celebrate our veterans*.

Scott (Sabatini)

March, April & May Union Meetings Cancelled

The E-Board, committee, skilled trades and membership meetings
for March, April & May have been cancelled due to the
CORVID-19 Pandemic state of emergency.
At this time we will resume all meetings on June 20, 2020.
• May meeting cancelled

When Covid-19 finally exhausts itself and the danger is over,
let's do something good for our country.

Let's spend our vacation in the USA, eat in local restaurants, buy American products,
buy local meats and veggies and support local businesses.

These businesses are going to find it very difficult to get back on their feet and survive
without our help.
